I have multiple UIBarButtonItems set in my navigation bars rightBarButtonItems, including a few UIBarButtonSystemItemFixedSpace system items, but the fixed space bar items aren't showing up when inspecting the view hierarchy. Is there a reasoning behind this?

Thanks!

P.S. Reveal is such an awesome product!!

    Hi Adam,

UIBarButtonItem's don't necessarily translate into views in iOS. We only show the view hierarchy in Reveal. A flexible bar button item might just translate into some manual layout code on the part of UINavigationBar (or UIToolbar), or perhaps a layout constraint now that AutoLayout is the norm.

Inspecting things like UIBarButtonItems for toolbars and nav bars is certainly something we would like to do in the future though. We already have a card in our backlog with regards to this. I'll add a note to it that customers are interested in this feature too. But as with all features in our backlog I can't give you an estimate on when or in what version this sort of thing would become available.

    Regards
